This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all bookings made through Travel.Bank-Pay.in, operated by Swacpay Solutions Private Limited, Hyderabad, Telangana. Users are requested to read this policy carefully before booking any bus, train, or vehicle service through our platform.
Bank-Pay acts only as a digital intermediary between Users and service providers such as bus operators, vehicle hire companies, and IRCTC. Each service provider has its own cancellation and refund rules, which will apply to the User's booking.
If payment is debited but booking confirmation fails, the transaction amount will be refunded automatically within 5â7 business days. In case the refund is not received, users may contact support@bank-pay.in with reference details for manual verification.
If the User fails to report at the boarding point on time, the booking will be considered a 'No-Show' and will not be eligible for a refund.
Bank-Pay and its partners shall not be liable for refunds in case of cancellations or interruptions due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or unforeseen operational constraints. Refund decisions will depend solely on the service provider's discretion.
