All travel bookings made through Travel.Bank-Pay.in are delivered electronically. The confirmation details and ticket information are shared through one or more of the following modes:
Registered email address provided during booking
Registered mobile number via SMS or WhatsApp
In-app booking history available in your account
Most bookings (bus, train, or vehicle hire) are confirmed instantly upon successful payment.
In rare cases where operator confirmation is delayed, users will be notified via email/SMS once confirmation is received.
If the booking fails but the amount is debited, refund processing will follow the Refund Policy timelines (5–7 working days).
