This Shipping / Delivery Policy outlines how bookings, tickets, and confirmations are processed and delivered to users who make reservations or transactions through Travel.Bank-Pay.in, operated by Swacpay Solutions Private Limited, Hyderabad, Telangana.

Digital Delivery

Since all services on our platform are digital and intangible, delivery is considered complete once the booking confirmation, e-ticket, or voucher is successfully generated and communicated through digital means.

Mode of Delivery

All travel bookings made through Travel.Bank-Pay.in are delivered electronically. The confirmation details and ticket information are shared through one or more of the following modes:

📧 Email

Registered email address provided during booking

📱 SMS / WhatsApp

Registered mobile number via SMS or WhatsApp

💻 Dashboard

In-app booking history available in your account

Delivery Timelines

Instant Confirmation

Most bookings (bus, train, or vehicle hire) are confirmed instantly upon successful payment.

Pending / On-Hold Bookings

In rare cases where operator confirmation is delayed, users will be notified via email/SMS once confirmation is received.

Failed Bookings

If the booking fails but the amount is debited, refund processing will follow the Refund Policy timelines (5–7 working days).

Delivery Failure

Delivery may fail or be delayed due to:

  • Incorrect email address or phone number provided by the user
  • Technical issues with SMS/email providers
  • Network downtime

How to Access Your Booking

In such cases, users can log in to their Travel.Bank-Pay account to check booking status or contact support@bank-pay.in for help.

Service Delivery Completion

Once the booking confirmation, e-ticket, or voucher is successfully sent to the registered communication channels, the service is deemed delivered.

Important Notice

Travel.Bank-Pay.in and Swacpay Solutions Pvt. Ltd. hold no responsibility for failed deliveries caused by user-input errors or technical limitations beyond their control.

Modifications & Updates

Swacpay Solutions Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify this Shipping / Delivery Policy at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will be published on the website and shall apply to all subsequent transactions.
